Pastoral Care Ministry – PCM

Purpose: The Care Ministry Team assists the Pastor in caring for the people of God according to the Biblical pattern of Ex. 18:13-23, Num 11:14-17 and Acts 6:1-7.   These are delegated individuals that are appointed to assist the Pastor/Shepherd in the care of God’s people who are sick, require visitation and or prayer.

This ministry also includes individuals who provide clergy support. They have the heart and spirit of encouragement to look after leadership and ensure the well being of of the leadership. 1 Cor 16:17-18, 2 Tim 1:16-18 .

These individuals assist the leadership, so that they do not have to bear the weight of ministry alone, and can dedicate themselves to prayer and the ministry of the Word.
